It is delicious as a rub for pork ribs, pork chops, and pork roast, as well as chicken (particularly wings), brisket, and steak. It’s also great sprinkled over vegetables to be grilled or roasted and adds a nice flavor to seafood. This spices in this blend are considered digestive, but they may also have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.*
