Shipping
Most orders will ship within two business days. However, there may be slight delays if the product is out of stock. Wise Cat Apothecary does its best to keep all products in stock, but products may be delayed due to unavailability of herbal stock.
We currently ship to all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Returns
Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. However, you may return an unopened product within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase if you wish to return an unopened product. We will provide instructions for the return. You will be offered a refund (minus initial shipping charges) or a store credit. Customers will pay shipping to return an undamaged product.
If a product is damaged in shipping, we will replace the product at no charge (including shipping the replacement product).
If there are other issues with the product, please let us know. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to discuss any problems with the product(s) you have purchased, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Refunds
Should there be a problem (excluding damage in shipping) with your order, refunds will be made on a case by case basis. We are happy to offer store credit in lieu of refunds.
If a refund is given, the customer should expect to receive the refund within seven days of the refund decision.
If store credit is given, the customer will receive a purchase code within seven days of the store credit decision.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. However, sale items that arrive damaged will be replaced.
