Sinus Support Extract

Description

Wise Cat’s Sinus Support Extract is an extraction of catnip, stinging nettle, burdock, goldenrod, and orange peel in a glycerin/distilled water extract. We extract using the sealed steam method to ensure that we grab all the phytochemical goodness from these amazing herbs.

Herbal ingredients:  Catnip supports the body as a mild decongestant. Stinging nettle supports the sinuses by improving the lining of the upper respiratory system, making it more difficult for allergens to penetrate the mucosal barrier.  Although burdock is typically used to support the skin and liver, research shows this root stabilizes mast cells. A reduction in mast cells can reduce allergic reactions. Goldenrod is anti-inflammatory and supports the body as it deals with hay fever and even allergies to cats. Finally, orange peel is a drying herb and supports the body as a decongestant.**

Application: Wise Cat Sinus Support has a sweet and mild grassy flavor. It may be applied directly under the tongue or combined with a small amount of water. We suggest using the extract first thing in the morning and then following up later in the day with a “rescue” serving as needed. Also, we find that consistent use of the extract reduces the frequency of the second dose and may, over time, reduce the need for daily usage.

This extract is packaged in a 2 oz. amber bottle. There are about 12 servings in a bottle.
