Berbere Seasoning Mix

Description

Berbere is often called the national spice of Ethiopia and is an important ingredient in both Ethiopian and Eritrea cuisine. This blend of chili peppers, paprika, onion, fenugreek allspice, coriander, and earthy earthy spices has a lovely blend of heat and sweet. It is delicious as a rub for goat, beef, or pork, or use as a seasoning for soups, beans, and chili. Taste test before using as this blend is spicy and may overwhelm a sensitive palate. Spices in this blend are traditional digestive spices, as well as containing anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.*
