Our Cajun Seasoning Mix can be used as a rub for chicken, beef or pork, as well as to season a simmering pot of red beans, jambalaya, or etouffee. It can also add a bit of kick to pasta or soups. This blend has bite, so use sparingly until you determine the right amount of seasoning for your taste. Spices in this blend are traditional digestive spices and have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Some studies suggest that paprika may even lower cholesterol.*
