Wise Cat Apothecary Seasoning Mix is perfect for seasoning fajita meat (both beef and chicken), as well as chili and veggies–anything that would benefit from a bit of Southwestern flavor.  Two tbsp of this mix is comparable to one package of commercial fajita seasoning. This has bite, so use sparingly until you determine the right amount of seasoning for your     taste. Spices in this blend are traditional digestive spices and may have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.*
