It’s loaded with cooling herbs: peppermint, nettle, rose, and milky oat straw with orange peel granules added for a bit of warming balance. Peppermint can ease stress, aid in digestion, and reduce headache pain. Nettle is a natural antihistamine and is also a good energy builder. Rosehips are high in vitamin C and are an excellent antioxidant, while milky oat straw is a strong nutritive tonic for the nervous system, improving nerve function, as well as easing the effects of hyperactivity in children and adults.
