Our Lemon Balm Extract is made from lemon balm gathered from our garden, so it is free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. Lemon balm is an antimicrobial and is particularly useful as an antiviral. This extract may also reduce anxiety, improve concentration, and promote sleep. There is some research suggesting it may reduce the pain of colitis.*
This extract is packaged in a two ounce amber dropper bottle. There are 15-20 servings per bottle.
Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, distilled water, lemon balm leaves.
