Raspberry Leaf Tea

Description

Raspberry Leaf Tea has long been a favorite of midwives as a uterine tonic. This herb is believed to both relax the uterine muscle and tone the uterine lining, thus leading to an easier birth, as well as fewer menstrual cramps. It typically can be safely used throughout pregnancy–although it should be used only under the guidance of a health care professional. Used in combination with peppermint, raspberry leaf may reduce morning sickness. Because raspberry is a good tonic for tissue, it can be used to treat an enlarged prostate.*
