The fennel seed and blessed thistle in this tea blend are galactagogues frequently used by herbalists to support breast milk supply, while red raspberry leaf and stinging nettle provide the vitamins and minerals required for a healthy body.* We call this tea Blessed Mother in honor of the mothers nourishing their infants and in thanks to our Mother Earth for the nutritious gifts she provides to us all.
